We believe that you are an expert in your chosen field, and that we are experts in Intelligent Documents.

Our Process

In line with our philosophy, before any work is done for you, we want to have a detailed discussion, preferably by phone, but also by email if that is more convenient for you, to determine exactly what end- result you expect. If we think another solution is best for you, we will tell you what and why. At this point we want you to have enough information to make an intelligent decision about going forward or finding a better way to handle your needs.

Pricing and Time for Completion:

You will send us the documents you want converted into Intelligent Documents. • We will review the documents and give you a quote for our work. • At the same time we will give you an estimated time frame for the completion of the conversion of your documents and forms. • The pricing also includes up to 60 minutes of training for you and/or your staff in the correct use of the templates.

Training:

The completed templates will do you absolutely no good UNLESS you and/or your staff use them. I have found this is the problem most firms have with the templates. Therefore, included in the fee are: • Written instructions for the installation and use of the templates. • Up to 60 minutes of online and/or telephone training for you and your staff to be sure: o Everyone knows how to use the templates. o Everyone is totally comfortable with the templates and the results they product.

Guaranty:

In addition to giving you 30 days to make the final payment, we give you a six-month guaranty, beginning the day we send the Intelligent Documents to you. The Guarantee quite simply is that if you have any changes you want done to the Intelligent Documents within the original scope of the project, we will make those changes for you as rapidly as possible and AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO YOU. In other words, we want you to be 100% satisfied and we will do what is necessary to provide you the templates to achieve your goals in this area.

Our Philosophy

We believe that you are expert in your chosen field, and that we are experts in Intelligent Documents. Because you may not have expertise in Intelligent Documents, you probably have many questions and may not know how Intelligent Documents will work for you in your business.

Our Process

Initial Process:

In line with our philosophy, before any work is done for you, we want to have a detailed discussion, preferably by phone, but also by email if that is more convenient for you, to determine exactly what end-result you want to happen. If we think another solution is best for you, we will tell you what and why. If we think Intelligent Documents will be your best solution, we will ask you to send us a sample of your document. When we receive your sample document or form, we will convert it, in whole or in part depending on the length of the document, into an Intelligent Document and return it to you. There is no charge for this initial sample. At this point we want you to see what can be done and to feel comfortable going forward.

Pricing and Time for Completion:

You will then send us the documents you want converted into Intelligent Documents. • We will review the documents and, • in line with our pricing policy, we will give you a quote for our work. • At the same time we will give you an estimated time frame for the completion of the conversion of your documents and forms. If you agree with the pricing and time frame, we require 50% of the fee before we begin any work. When we receive the initial 50% of our fee, the time frame begins. When we complete the project and email you the completed documents, the remaining 50% of the fee is Due and Payable in Full.

Guaranty:

Because you will pay us the full fee as soon as you receive the Intelligent Documents, we give everyone a six-month guaranty, beginning the day we send the Intelligent Documents to you. The guarantee quite simply is that if you have any changes you want done to the Intelligent Documents within the original scope of the project, we will make those changes for you as rapidly as possible and AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE TO YOU. In other words, we want you to be satisfied and we will do not understand something you want, we will provide it to you. Of course, if you want us to provide you additional work outside the original scope of the project, we will price and charge for that work as normal.
